### Instructions:

**Measure Your Dog’s Neck

**: Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your dog’s neck. Add about 6 inches for adjustment and stitching.

**Cut the Webbing

**: Cut a piece of webbing to the length you calculated. This will be the base of the collar.

**Cut the Fabric

**: Cut a piece of fabric that is approximately 2-3 inches wide and long enough to cover the webbing (usually about 4-5 inches longer than the webbing).

**Prepare the Fabric**: Fold the fabric in half lengthwise, right sides together, and sew along the long edge with a 1/4 inch seam allowance. Leave the ends open. Turn it inside out so the right side is out.

**Insert the Webbing

**: Slide the webbing into the fabric tube. Make sure the webbing is centered in the fabric.

**Sew the Ends

**: Fold in the raw edges of the fabric at each end and sew across to secure the webbing inside. This will create a neat finish.

**Attach the Buckle and D-ring

**: – Thread one end of the webbing through one side of the buckle. Fold it back and sew it securely, creating a loop. – On the other end, thread the webbing through the D-ring before attaching the other side of the buckle. Again, fold back and sew securely.

**Final Adjustments

**: Make sure everything is secure and double-check the collar’s length. It should have enough adjustment for comfort but not be too loose.
